The Challenge | Biotherm had last been operating in the UK in the early 80’s, having been withdrawn for commercial reasons it was time for it to be re-launched in 2004.

The Response | The brief was split into 3 principle areas. Develop the retail blueprints for the Biotherm Boutiques & concessions within the House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols and Debenhams Department stores. And develop a new retail format for implementing within Boots the chemist stores in the UK. Oversee the design, construction & implementation of the first 7 sites in the UK, to enable the blueprint to be refined. Implement new materials with higher performance criteria than the original prototype, to enable the sites to last a minimum of 3-5 years. (Above average for class A stores) and to reduce the overall project cost by 35%.
